Returns within 30 days
Changed your mind? Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
We will email you a prepaid returns label, and the cost of return postage is deducted from your refund — £3.95 in the UK, £9.95 internationally. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, the return is free and we refund you in full.
Refunds reach your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
